Stand-alone Package
This option is perfectly suited for businesses possessing the in-house expertise to handle their carbon data and can be delivered over a concise 3-day timeline. Our consultant will begin with an initial discovery* phase, conducted either on-site or remotely, followed by the preparation of bespoke presentation materials. On day two you will have a comprehensive awareness session, utilising the customised presentation and providing a thorough walkthrough and handover of the carbon footprint calculator. This package includes a user guide and the awareness session itself, with an optional follow-up Q&A session available for two months post-release as an add-on. You can opt for self-managed maintenance or an annual consultant update, complemented by ongoing email support
Semi-Install Package
Businesses seeking initial support to set up their emissions measurement, with a preference for managing ongoing usage internally, will benefit from this intensive 5-day service. Our consultant will start with on-site or remote discovery, including a thorough operational review and crucial Scope 1, 2, and 3** boundary setting. This will lead to the customisation and emission factor setup of the green footprint calculator. The core delivery on day three will involve a comprehensive user training session, handover of the tailored calculator and presentation, and a feedback loop for refinement. Additional days can be booked and spread across the year for vital implementation support and assistance with data validation. The package includes a tailored data structure, an awareness session, a user guide, and flexible maintenance options, all underpinned by three months of dedicated support via visits or remote calls.
Full-Control Package
If your organisation requires a partner expert for your greenhouse gas strategy, carbon reporting, and Net Zero planning, our consultant will develop a bespoke, full-management plan with an estimated timeline of 7-15 days spread across the year. The initial phase involves in-depth discovery, business analysis, and the development of a custom data planning tool tailored to specific needs. The implementation phase focuses on internal testing, data integration, and establishing robust stakeholder feedback loops with template setup, followed by regular data collection and updates throughout the year. The final phase concludes with the preparation of detailed emissions reports, stakeholder presentations, and strategic planning for the subsequent year. These are emissions your company makes directly — like fuel burned in your vehicles or gases released from heating systems.
Example: Diesel used in company vans.
Scope 2 – Indirect Emissions from Energy
These come from the energy you buy and use, like electricity or heating. The emissions happen at the power plant, but they’re counted in your footprint.
Example: Electricity used in your office.
Scope 3 – Other Indirect Emissions (Value Chain)
These are all the other emissions linked to your business but made by others — such as suppliers, waste services, or business travel. Scope 3 often makes up the largest part of a company’s footprint.

Not Ready to Install Carbon Emission Calculator Yet?
For companies considering carbon disclosure reporting but not currently working on its implementation, we offer Awareness & Training Presentation as a one-off session to familiarise and train your teams. Depending on the audience size, the session will be held for 1- 2 days with an optional follow-up day, and its agenda includes interactive presentation, Q&A and workshop-style discussion with examples. Optional additional hours may follow 2-4 weeks later to assess staff awareness and answer questions arising in the interim. By the end of this training, your team will receive a customised Presentation examining examples of carbon and methane reporting and reducing pertinent to your industry and delivered by our experienced consultant. A Participant workbook and Certificate of attendance will also be issued by our consultancy, and post-event support will be available via email for up to 2 weeks for follow-up questions.
