ISO Lead Auditor / Consultant
Location: UK (Hybrid / Remote with client site visits)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and certification portfolio
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced ISO Lead Auditor / Consultant who understands how management systems work in real-world organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who has practical experience implementing, auditing or maintaining ISO standards and can translate certification requirements into systems that genuinely support business operations.
You will work directly with clients across industries including manufacturing, construction, engineering, technology, healthcare and professional services, helping them achieve certification while improving operational performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting organisations through ISO certification projects
- Conducting ISO gap analyses and readiness assessments
- Developing practical management systems tailored to client operations
- Carrying out internal audits and compliance reviews
- Supporting clients through certification audits
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Advising clients on ISO requirements and best practice
- Building strong relationships with customers throughout their certification journey
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with ISO management systems
Understands certification requirements and audit processes
Can communicate effectively with clients at all levels
Has experience applying ISO standards in practical environments
Enjoys problem-solving and improving business processes
Can work independently while being part of a wider consultancy team
