Which Standard Was Implemented?

Anthony Cooper, Regin Products consultant assisted them with the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. He spends approximately two days per year with the company.

Why Did They Want ISO?

Regin Products were looking for someone to come in and review their current management system. They wanted an independent review prior to the assessment to identify any actions needed. Anthony also attends the external assessments to give support. Regin Products wanted ISO 9001 to formalise what they do but also to tender for new work.

Anthony completed a gap analysis on the system and provided a report so the team could work through any actions and improvements prior to the external assessment.
