Which Standard Was Implemented?
Brother chose to implement ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management). The project with them lasted 12 days onsite.
Why Did They Want ISO?
The company already had systems in place, but they wanted to bring them together to help improve the maintenance of the systems and achieve ISO 27001 certification.
